What You'll Do:

As a member of our Customer Success team, you'll play a pivotal role in assisting our diverse clientele, ranging from start-ups to established corporations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing support in the administration of equity-based compensation and incentive programs.
• Analyzing and managing data to ensure efficient processes.
• Cultivating strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service.
• Becoming an expert in equity-based pay and contributing to innovative solutions.
• Collaborating with various departments to enhance our product and streamline processes.

Qualifications:

We're seeking motivated young professionals (1-3 years of experience) or graduates with:

• Basic knowledge of finance.
• Strong collaborative and independent work skills.
• Great communication skills. 
• A passion for creating user-centric solutions.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn about new technologies.
• A desire to play a pivotal role in a growing company.
• Residency in Oslo or the surrounding area.
• Proficiency in English communication. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
• A proactive approach to task management and implementation.
