About Us: In Organisational Development we are dedicated to supporting and developing the growth and effectiveness of business through our people. We are an integral part of the Deloitte People & Purpose team, a leading Nordic HR environment. As an Organisational Development Specialist, you will contribute to organisational assessments, develop and execute strategies, facilitate change management, support leadership development, analyse key people data and provide recommendation and support to leaders in our business. You will collaborate closely with other departments to achieve our organisational goals.

Some of the responsibilities will be:

• Lead our performance management process in Norway
• Contribute to the analysis and implementation of organisational initiatives based on employee surveys and key people data
• Facilitate and implement organisational processes and support leadership training
• Collaborate with colleagues in Norway, the Nordics and globally

• Some experience in a relevant role driving organisational change
• Strong interest in organisational development, including change management, leadership development, project management, HR data analyses and performance management
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Strong facilitation skills
• Experience from working in multinational environments is advantageous
