Administration assistant - ABG Sundal Collier
ABG Sundal Collier is currently seeking a student to join our reception in Oslo as a part-time administrative assistant.
About the role
- Staffing the reception desk and greeting clients
- Managing meeting activity both in and out of house
- Assisting in administrative tasks
- Coordinating and facilitating logistics for ABGSC staff
- Helping to maintain the premises and keep the office space polished and professional
- Assisting in planning and facilitating events and seminars

Qualifications
- Must be a first or second year student
- Structured and organized
- Outgoing and adaptable, thriving in a young and fast-paced environment
- Service oriented with a strong "can-do" attitude
- Team player, highly motivated and capable of maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (Norwegian and English
- Previous experience or education within customer service, retail, Admin/HR, or reception is desired but not a requirement.
