This is a unique opportunity to lead our finance operations across multiple countries, including Poland, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and Norway, and contribute to the advancement of cutting-edge technology in the public transportation sector.

As our CFO, you will be a key partner to the FARA CEO and functional managers, driving financial performance and strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities will include leading the finance team, managing financial operations, and ensuring high-quality reporting. You will play a crucial role in supporting project teams, guiding them on key performance issues, and implementing best practices to improve operating efficiency and profitability. This is a hands-on role that requires strong organizational abilities, a strategic mindset, and deep knowledge of accounting principles.

We seek an experienced and professionally qualified finance expert. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing finance teams, strong analytical skills, and the ability to adapt to change. Experience with multi-currency reporting environments and financial management software is highly desirable. Above all, we are looking for someone who is passionate, goal oriented, driven, and ready to lead FARA’s finance function into the future.

The position is based at FARA’s modern offices in Trondheim. Travel will be required.
