Director, Procurement, Direct Materials

We are now seeking a dynamic and dedicated Director, Procurement, Direct Materials to run and oversee our procurement strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive procurement strategies for all direct materials procurement, including packaging materials and other liquid and non-liquid components. The role involves leading a team of professionals to ensure timely, cost-effective, and sustainable procurement of high-quality materials.

Key Accountabilities:

Leadership:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the Anora’s goals.
• Lead and develop the team, enhancing their skills and performance.

Supplier Management:

• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers that meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
• Develop strong relationships with key suppliers for long-term partnerships.
• Manage supplier performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Cost Management:

• Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities creating continuous PPV
• Manage and control the procurement budget to meet financial targets.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure sourced products and services meet the company's quality standards.
• Conduct supplier audits and assessments to maintain high-quality standards.

• Proven Leadership: Exhibit strong leadership capabilities to manage and develop a high-performing procurement team.
• Broad experience in a similar role: Experience in negotiation and procurement methods, knowledge of glass, cardboard, plastics and other direct materials and production.
• Fluency: In English and overall IT tools such as MS Office
• Education: BBA or similar
