This Old Russian Orthodox Icon depicts the Resurrection of Christ with Angel opening the shrine cover. Resurrection is celebratetd at the Easter Day that is the main Feast of the Russian Orthodox Church.
The icon was painted at the end of the 19 or the first years of the 20 century with oil paints on a wooden panel. The icon wasn't restored. Back was treated against wood bores.
Size: 29x21x2 cm. Weight 701 gr.
Certificate of the Ministry of Culture will be included.
