We’re looking for a motivated Head of Logistics and Supply Chain Management to join our team at Disruptive Technologies. As we continue to grow and scale globally, we need someone who can take charge of purchasing, planning and logistics while ensuring efficiency and innovation. 

Key Responsibilities 

Your primary focus in this role is to ensure the smooth movement of goods from suppliers to customers, optimizing the entire supply chain. Your tasks will include: 

• Purchasing: Place and confirm POs, follow up on deliveries, reschedule or cancel orders as needed. 
• Planning: Run material plans, confirm customer orders, manage inventory levels (MRP, buffer stock), and issue material forecasts. 
• Capacity Management: Monitor and manage production capacity to ensure efficient operations and meet demand. 
• Logistics: Oversee freight forwarders, track shipments, manage inventory, and ensure smooth deliveries through hubs and distribution centers. 
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop the logistics team, ensuring alignment with company goals and driving business results and employee engagement. 

To excel in this role, you should bring: 

• A Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field 
• 4+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain management (preferably hardware, electronics, sensors) 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in international environments 
• Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite) 
• A self-driven, proactive mindset 
• Initiative to solve issues and develop long-term, sustainable solutions 
• The ability to execute plans and implement strategies effectively
