Qualifications:

• Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering, Project Management or relevant technical areas
• 3-5 years experienced with Project Management

Tasks:

• Manage preparations and execution of multi discipline projects from concept to completion
• Typical Projects: Studies, Concept Work, Modifications, Upgrades, SPS (Special Periodic Services), Compliance Assurance Services (AoC/SUT), Reactivations, 3'rd party installations, Yard Stays, Offshore installations, Asset Inspection Services, Structural Integrity Management, Marine and Maintenance Engineering Services, Energy Savings and Emission Reduction, Energy Management Plan / Combined Energy Management
• Typical Client; Fixed Platforms, MODU's, Drill ships, Bulk ships, FPSO's/FSO's, Marine Vessels, Cruise Vessels, Ferry's, PSV's.
• Tender / BID's, Scope of work definition (Project Breakdown / Work Breakdown / Scope Description), Estimation (Cost, Time, Resource), Kick-Off meetings, Follow-Up project execution (Engineering, Procurement, Installation, Mechanical Completion, Commissioning, As-built, Close Out and Experience Transfer)
• Manage preparations and execution of multi discipline projects and studies from concept to completion our clients fixed installations
• Scope of work definition, project planning (Safran), estimation and set a basis for a successful project execution process
• Manage projects with focus on scope, time, cost, HSE, quality, risk and reliable forecasts
• Communication with involved stakeholders
• Ensure that the projects meet relevant legal framework, regulations and requirements
• Manage project and prioritize resource requirements with the line organization
• Contribute to development/improvement of systems/routines for the department's project execution process
• Risk management in projects
• Secure commercial frame conditions and involvement of supply chain management

Experience:

• Good technical understanding of drilling facilities, drilling systems and drilling equipment, but other areas of experience is interesting as well
• Experience with project deliveries and key customers' expectations
• Knowledge of the Petroleum industry standards, rules and regulations such as PTIL, NORSOK, ATEX, OLF, DNV and IEC.
• Knowledge of client applications is an advantage (IFS, SAP, STID, Procosys, PIMS, Aveva)
• Knowledge/certification within PMI/Prince2 standards is an advantage
