About the role

As our new People & Culture Business Partner, you will play a broad and important role in developing our organization. You will be based in our Oslo office and work closely with both the People & Culture team and the Norwegian management. We have just over 370 employees globally, with nearly 40 located in Norway. The P&C team currently consists of 6 people, based in Stockholm, Malmö, and Copenhagen. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of People & Culture, including:

• Managing the HR year cycle in Norway
• Continuous development of HR-processes and policies 
• Manager support
• Labor law & work environment
• Leadership & people development
• Support some of our smaller offices outside of the Nordics
• Global Project Manager for 1-2 HR-related areas, based on your competence & interest
• Everything that contributes to continuing to develop our fantastic workplace and culture

You will be a key player in supporting Position Green's continued growth journey and there will be great development opportunities when you join us at an early stage.

To succeed in this role we believe you have:

• A few years of experience in a broad HR role
• Great knowledge and work experience in Norwegian labor law and work environment regulations 
• A degree in human resource management or similar 
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Norwegian and English
