If so, this is your opportunity to make a real impact at Findus & Nomad Foods. We're looking for a dynamic, results-driven Supplier Assurance Manager
to join our growing team and take charge of supplier management across the Nordics.
At Nomad Foods we believe in excellence from farm to fork. As the Supplier Assurance Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring that our products not only meet the highest standards of quality and safety but also align with our strong sustainability values. You’ll be the go-to person for resolving supplier issues, developing auditing processes, and ensuring seamless integration of raw materials and packaging into our production units. You’ll lead a dedicated team and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Supplier Assurance team in managing product incidents, driving root cause analysis, and developing clear, actionable responses
- As a member of the Supplier Assurance leadership team drive consistency of approach across team.
- Work closely with other team members to understand suppliers based in the region which supply into other markets. Plan to reduce travel and audit costs by providing cross support as part of planning and scheduling of audits.
Your profile
We need someone who not only has a strong technical background but can stay calm and focused under pressure. You are vigilant, resilient, and have a natural eye for detail. You thrive on solving complex problems and have the energy and determination to see them through to the finish. Here’s what you’ll bring:
- Extensive experience in supplier management and/or Subject Matter Expert in Protein/Ingredients/Produce.
- A degree in Science, Food Science, or related fields.
- HACCP trained to Level 4 /Advanced, excellent understanding of BRCGS Food Safety Standards with Lead auditor training.
- Proven ability to resolve quality/technical issues across territories.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and team development.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for managing both internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis.
- Fluent in English and Norwegian
