People & Communication Operations and Advisory Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated, competent and self-driven Operations and Advisory Manager to our People & Communication team. You will be part of an engaged team and be a driving force to ensure delivery and improvement of our annual processes and project deliveries. You will report to VP P&C Excellence and be involved in both strategic and operational work.

• Organize and manage the P&C Operations and Advisory Team day-to-day projects and tasks, ensuring high quality service delivery, advisory and operational support within the areas of;

  • Compensation & benefits
  • Payroll, pension, and insurance
  • Employee relations
  • Organisation development
  • HR applications and systems
  • Communications
  • Office Management

• Ownership of Vår Energi formal employer responsibilities and main responsible to follow-up the workload, well-being and work-life balance in the team
• Ensure efficient allocation of team resources across Vår Energi
• Develop people capabilities within the P&C competence area
• Manage and further develop effective and comprehensive P&C processes
• Contribute to the improvement agenda and change processes
• Ensure that all P&C activities comply with statutory requirements and organizational policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's - or Master's degree
• 6-9 years of relevant experience
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Good knowledge of HR policies, labor law and best practices. Experience with HR applications and systems will be an advantage

You are flexible, proactive, and self-driven; you always look for new ways of improving processes, systems, and ways of working. You have strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into HR strategies.
