Customer Service - Support Specialist

Duties and responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries raised by customers via Ticket System and phone calls
• Deliver products/services to end customers, provide assistance to set up products/systems/software on board
• General registration for customer data in the Back-end, service activation, and order processing
• Follow up with the customers to ensure high-quality support
• Prepare product startup kit and arrange shipment if required
• Assist sales managers for products inquiry and arrange credit notes according to company policy

Qualifications

• Equivalent working experience (2 years+) in marine technology is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, understand their needs and provide clear and concise responses.
• Accuracy and attention to details
• Good skills in formal business English in writing.
• Large work capacity and thrive in a hectic work environment
• Good understanding of technology and software systems.
