Customer Service - Support Specialist

Duties and responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries raised by customers via Ticket System and phone calls
- Deliver products/services to end customers, provide assistance to set up products/systems/software on board
- General registration for customer data in the Back-end, service activation, and order processing
- Follow up with the customers to ensure high-quality support
- Prepare product startup kit and arrange shipment if required
- Assist sales managers for products inquiry and arrange credit notes according to company policy
Qualifications
- Equivalent working experience (2 years+) in marine technology is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, understand their needs and provide clear and concise responses.
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Good skills in formal business English in writing.
- Large work capacity and thrive in a hectic work environment
- Good understanding of technology and software systems.
