Project Lead - Subsea

We are looking for a Subsea Project Lead who can lead and manage the subsea infrastructure in field development projects aligned to project strategy. Strong understanding and experience with project management techniques. Strong change management skills, experience leading key changes across project disciplines. Manages a part of the total project scope; identifying risks, dependencies, overlaps and conflicts, both within and outside of area of responsibility, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.

Main Tasks

• Manage concept evaluation, selection, definition and project execution for assigned development projects/sub-projects of moderate complexity, within Subsea facilities
• Lead project teams including contractors, monitor progress, and take corrective actions
• To manage the associated project follow-up, assuring quality, consistency and timely execution of the engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning phases according to approved budget and schedule
• Establish clear communication channels with stakeholders and manage stakeholder actions
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations and obtain necessary approvals

Qualifications

• MSc or BSc in Engineering or a technical certificate in Construction Management
• 10-15 years of relevant experience
• Experience from Subsea facilities (SPS and SURF) early phase projects and/or execution projects
• Experience of managing facilities team in early phase and/or execution with close collaboration with drilling, subsurface and other E&P functions
• Experience with Subsea Field architecture/system design within a contractor environment
• Experience with managing Subsea execution contracts
• Fluent written and spoken English
