Electricity / heating:

Deposit:
3 months rent, cash deposit in a jointly owned bank account. If any cost to owning a deposit account, the cost is shared by both parties.

The lease term and the parties' right of termination
Rental period: from 03. January 2025 (open for discussion)
The first 12 months is fixed rental period / binding period and no termination can be made during the first 12 months. After 12 months the notice period is 3 months for both parties. Terminations delivered after the end of the fixed rental period/binding period will take effect on the first day of the following month after the termination has been received.
