IT and Digital Service Management Lead

We are looking for an IT and Digital Service Management Lead

Main Accountabilities

• Drive the implementation of best-in-class ITIL processes across service management operations to enhance service delivery and user satisfaction
• Collaborate closely with business partners, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, align services with business needs, and ensure successful service delivery
• Oversee service performance through the management of SLAs, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Continuously assess and optimize service delivery processes to improve efficiency, reliability, and user experience
• Ensure that services are scalable, secure, and cost-effective through the assessment and adoption of new technologies, platforms, and tools
• Identify potential risks related to IT service management and implement mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery and integration of third-party solutions into existing systems
• Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team and across the organization to build a culture of continuous learning and service excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Proven experience in IT & Digital Service Management roles, including managing ITIL-based processes and large-scale service operations
• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving digital transformation initiatives
• Excellent understanding of ITIL frameworks and ITSM tools (e.g., Efecte, ServiceNow)
• Experience managing service delivery in complex, fast-paced environments, ideally within the energy or industrial sectors
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on operational excellence and service innovation
• Familiarity with cloud-based services, cybersecurity, and digital transformation strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
