My Brest Friend twin nursing pillow for sale. Like new condition. Used once for my twins, but they were too premature to latch properly, so I pumped instead.

I bought this in the US and brought it here.

It has adjustable back support. The cover is removable and washable. It has a pocket for nursing accessories like nipple cream or nursing pads.
