About Us: Our hotel is a vibrant, content-rich space with 255 rooms and suites, a restaurant, bars, outdoor seating, a living room, an art space, conference facilities, and event areas. As Head Chef, you will be the operational leader for our kitchen, overseeing a la carte, banquets, lunch, and breakfast services. The Head chef reports to the Executive Chef.
What We´re Looking For:
A passionate professional who dreams about food, experiences, and the joy of dining.
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef in high-standard hotels or restaurants.
A focus on quality with respect for ingredients, minimising food waste, and paying attention to margins.
Innovative, creative, and always up to date on industry trends.
A strong, independent leader who thrives in a team and fosters a positive working environment.
A hands-on, inspiring leader with a drive to motivate and push the team to perform at the highest level.

Your Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and develop the kitchen staff.
Collaborate with the F&B team to create and innovate concepts.
Play a key role in making our hotel a recognized food destination for creativity, quality, and innovation.
