Job Description:

• Follow up risk management
• Support Project Manager in keeping overview and prioritizing of actions
• Support Project Manager in organizing and preparation of presentations for meetings Contribute to solving of Queries, Deviations, Non-Conformance Requests
• Stakeholder management
• Contribute to prioritization of document deliveries
• Ensure good communication with the different yards in the portfolio, and contribute to Installation planning and method
• Promote continuous improvement through the project and support, document and manage learning across the project team and towards other projects

• M.Sc./B.Sc. in engineering
• Minimum 5 years’ experience from multidiscipline Projects or Operations within E&P
• Experience with one or more project delivery lines (Facility, Drilling, Subsea, HSSEQ, Operations). Previously experience with one of the service providers to E&P is also relevant.
• Good technical and multidiscipline overview
• Fluent abilities in English. Norwegian is a benefit.
• Must be willing to travel on short notice.
