Job responsibilities:

•    Responsible for Data Management activities in the Well Operations

•    Responsible for communication with Well Operations driving user adoption of standards

•    Monitor quality and standard adherence

•    Make sure well data is stored where agreed

•    Locate and manage gaps in data

•    Understand applications and data flow

•    Identify and coordinate training needs as well as mentoring and training users

•    Work with improvement and digitalization teams to define future ways of working

Your experience and qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree within with in Petroleum engineering

•    Minimum 2 years of experience working in an operational wells environment 

•    Analytical and troubleshooting skills with creativity and ability to critical thinking and problem solving

•    Knowledge of well design and operations, well integrity and well management

•    Oil & Gas Industry Experience from Operator

•    Fluent in English and Norwegian, both verbal and written

Job Specifications:
