As we expand our presence and continue to shape the future of oil and gas technology, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our operational functions, drive strategic initiatives, and support our ambitious growth strategy.

The FourPhase COO plays an essential role in FourPhase’s mission to be a global leader in solids separation technology for the oil and gas sector. The position is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the business across multiple regions, ensuring seamless execution of the company's strategic plan, and driving operational excellence. As a key member of the executive team, the COO will report directly to the CEO and work closely with other leaders to foster cross-functional collaboration, scale operations, and enhance profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction and sustainable growth.

Key qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• 10+ years of leadership experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on operations, supply chain, and manufacturing.
• Proven track record of driving operational success and scaling businesses in the technology-driven industrial sector.
• Experience in global operations management, including working with geographically dispersed teams.
