IDEAL LOCATION: Falkenborg Student Village is ideally located with a bus stop and shopping center right across the street. Nearby, you’ll find convenience stores, restaurants, fitness centers, and more. A quick 6-minute bus ride (2.9 km) takes you to the city center and Solsiden, giving you easy access to all the essentials for student life.

EXCELLENT COMMON AREAS: Enjoy spacious outdoor areas on the property. The apartment features tasteful furnishings, including a modern gray kitchen, green accents on the walls, and a cozy living area. With its bright and open design, the common areas offer a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Parking is available for an additional 500 NOK per month.

STUDENT BENEFITS: Benefit from our student-friendly deposit options—only 1 month's security deposit with a valid student ID and credit check. We accept both deposit and bank guarantees.
 

*Additional costs: In addition to the rent, a 500 NOK monthly fee covers electricity. Laundry facilities with washing machines and dryers are available, payable through a convenient app.
