Join IKEA as an Online Performance Specialist and Shape the Future of Customer Experience!
At IKEA, we are continuously evolving to meet the needs of our customers, both online and in-store. We are looking for a data-driven and customer-focused Online Performance Specialist to join our team and help create a seamless shopping experience across all channels. If you are passionate about understanding customer behaviour, and know how to share valuable insights to improve both upper and lower stages of the online customer journey, this role is for you!
What you'll be doing day to day
As our Online Performance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital strategy and improving the overall online customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Analysing customer behaviour: Use GA4, Content Square, and BigQuery to track and analyse customer interactions, contributing to improving the overall online conversion.
- Optimising the online journey: Conduct funnel analysis to identify pain points, such as why customers abandon their baskets or cancel orders, and implement solutions to enhance the process.
- Collaborating across teams: Work closely with other online role across Commercial, Customer Fulfilment, Digital, and other key stakeholders to ensure a unified, customer-first approach, and be a support and sparring partner for when conducting A/B tests.
- Benchmarking and innovation: Stay up to date with industry trends and external benchmarks to keep IKEA competitive and ahead in the digital space.
What you need to know
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Expertise in GA4, BigQuery, and preferably Content Square, along with other digital analytics tools to track and optimise online performance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong knowledge of E-commerce processes and a deep understanding of how to create seamless, omnichannel customer experiences.
- Excellent analytical skills to extract actionable insights from data and implement changes that drive measurable results.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and foster alignment across departments.
- At least 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, or Customer Experience, with a proven track record of improving online performance.
