Kuukkeli 12cm for Napapiiri by Oiva Toikka 1987 Finland

KUUKKELI is a special Bird that was designed by Oiva Toikka in 1986 for Napapiirin Lasi (= Napapiiri Glass Hut) at Rovaniemi in Finnish Lapland. Napapiiri Glass hut was acquired by Nuutajärvi in 1987, and the Kuukkeli bird was produced on license at the Glass Hut in Rovaniemi.

These birds were produced in different sizes. Some are about 16cm in length. Others are 10-12cm in length. The body is grey with numerous different sized air bubbles and the tail has autumn orange-red colors. The head is clear with sharp corners
