Job Description:

• Review Purchase Requirements and specifications to obtain the required information for scope of purchase
• Provide internal stakeholders with Procurement expertise and guidance creating value for involvement in business planning efforts and operation
• Coordinate purchase activities for agreed areas from the RFQ stage until delivery ensuring that supplies are delivered on time and with the agreed technical and quality requirements
• Ensure continuous supply of required goods and materials and communicate any supply problems which may pose a risk or impact on business operations
• Actively seek to improve the Supply Chain Management of client Completion Tools products and services
• Research and evaluate areas of opportunity and reduce costs where possible
• Negotiate improved prices and terms of business with suppliers
• Manage supplier disputes and non-conformances
• Build, maintain and manage a strong relationship with external suppliers and internal stakeholders

• Degree in SCM/Norwegian Association of Purchasing and Logistics (NIMA) or relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience within Procurement/Supply Chain Management is preferred
• Excellent planning ability and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Technical understanding and interest
• Good negotiation, communication and influencing skills
• Fluent Norwegian and English skills, both oral and written
• Proficient in MS Office and experience from ERP systems
