Job Description

• Developing specific procurement strategies aligned with business needs and category strategies.

• Preparing evaluation procedures.

• Planning and conducting negotiations with suppliers.

• Assisting in the development and management of risk-based follow-up plans, tied to strategic goals.

• Ensuring contract understanding and compliance, including providing training for contract users.

• Safeguarding the correct use of contracts.

• Collaborating with internal partners, customers, and external suppliers.

• Managing stakeholders effectively.

• Initiating and implementing process improvements.

 Qualification Requirements

• Foster a positive, inspiring, and safe work environment, while sharing knowledge and supporting team success.

• Actively address safety performance and work closely with suppliers to minimize major accidents, reduce personal injuries, and lessen the carbon footprint.

• Possess strong communication skills, and have the ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Be proactive, eager to learn, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

• A relevant Bachelor's or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience.

• Fluent in both English and Norwegian.
