Our Software department is a close-knit, agile team of 10 skilled professionals who thrive on collaboration and continuous learning. We're a self-organizing, cross-functional group, and we’re looking for a team player eager to grow with us. You’ll collaborate with domain experts in mathematics and physics, integrating their knowledge into our software. Together, we create high-quality solutions and drive success. 

What You’ll Do 🔍 

As a Fullstack Engineer, you will primarily focus on back-end development while also utilizing Vue3 and TypeScript for the front end, ensuring our services are scalable, secure, and reliable. As a Back-end Engineer, you will design and maintain robust back-end services that handle high data volumes, optimizing performance and security. 

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to refine project requirements and ensure we build exactly what users need. 
• Transform requirements and user stories into impactful features that enhance the user experience. 
• Craft secure, scalable server-side services that are backward and forward compatible, simplifying deployments. 
• Design responsive web front-end applications that provide a seamless experience across all devices. 
• Ensure every solution is deployable, operable, and secure by default, setting a standard for reliability. 
• Apply usability principles based on project guidelines and customer insights to create intuitive user experiences. 

What You Bring 🎯 

We are looking for a tech-savvy, hands-on problem-solver who enjoys tackling challenges. You should be a strong communicator and collaborator, thriving in fast-paced environments and confidently asking questions. 

• Experience in Java back-end development, focusing on distributed systems using microservices. 
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Kafka, Azure DevOps and PostgreSQL 
• A passion for writing clean, efficient, and secure code. 
• A team-oriented mindset—you thrive in collaborative environments and contribute to knowledge sharing. 
• Experience with Vue3/TypeScript is a plus!
