Contemporary two-bedroom apartment built in 2021.

The apartment is available for rent fully furnished.

It's just a short drive to Granåsen Ski Arena—approximately 7 minutes under normal conditions—and within walking distance for those who are active.

There are two bedrooms ,one with double bed and another with single bed, with the option to set up a temporary bed.

Guest parking can be arranged.

Within walking distance to the City Syd center, which features various grocery stores, restaurants, and a liquor shop.

The nearest bus stop is less than 100 meters away, with a direct bus to Trondheim city center every 10 minutes.

We are primarily looking to rent for the duration of the Ski World Championships, but a few days before and after can also be accommodated if needed.
