1 room for rent in cosy appartement

I am a travel bird that leaving my room in a cosy three persons collective in Nydalen. Im are leaving for travel south during the winter and will arrive back in spring.
Our roommate Merche is staying in one of the rooms with her beautiful cat Guizmo. Both are originally from Spain and are fun and social.
The second room is Fabio from Italy living in this winter. He is a funny and social guy with a big passion for history and Norwegian metalmusic.

The home is on a old wooden building in Nydalen close to train,buss and subway. Its located nearby the forest and the river that leads to the city centre.
The rent is 5000 :- and cost for electricity and internet will come additional.
Room size is around 10-11 m2
There is one kitchen, bathroom, 2 toilets and living room in the basement.

Im looking for a person that can stay in my room from January - April. The dates can be discussed.
People that is over 30 years old is preferred.
Both living here is around 40 years old.
