Title: Structural Design Engineer / Structural E3D Designer

Location: Stavanger

Duration: 23.10.2024 - 31.07.2025

We are looking for an experienced structural engineer to join our clients team in Stavanger! You will be part of the structural discipline and contribute to the design and development of structural elements through E3D modelling and drawing. If you have experience with 3D modelling tools, are passionate about multidisciplinary collaboration, and enjoy working both independently and in a team, this could be the opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

• Be a team member of the structural discipline.
• Model and design structural components in E3D.
• Produce drawings in E3D.
• Perform self-checks and review others' work related to structural details (including clash checking).
• Collaborate across multiple disciplines to ensure holistic solutions.
• Follow established engineering standards and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or minimum technical college education.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in structural design.
• Experience in E3D design and drawing; familiarity with other 3D modelling tools is an advantage.
• Experience with offshore and/or onshore modification projects is a plus.
• Interest and/or experience in programming tools for software development is a positive asset.
• Strong technical understanding and the ability to work systematically and accurately.
• Good communication skills, both written and spoken, in English.
• Proactive, cooperative, and committed to meeting deadlines and quality requirements.
• Candidates must be eligible for work in Norway.
