As a Support Engineer at Promon, you will play a critical role with one foot in development and the other in customer success. You’ll gain hands-on experience with our cutting-edge technologies for both Android and iOS platforms, while supporting clients. With a strong focus on technical expertise and customer service, this position offers a unique opportunity to grow within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Stay updated on product features and technical issues by actively collaborating with the development team for both Android and iOS.
- Provide technical support to clients, leveraging your deep understanding of the product.
- Manage and follow up on incoming technical problems and cases.
- Participate in product development by analyzing issues, identifying code-related problems, and communicating technical details effectively both to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Combine technical expertise with a customer-centric approach to meet the needs of clients.
Preferred Skills and Experiences:
- A service-minded attitude with attention to client needs.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership over your work and client relationships.
- Ability to take on complex technical tasks and solve problems efficiently.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience working with applications in an academic, professional, or personal project setting.
- Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, programming, or security.

Where you'll work:
Our office in Vika, Oslo is a hub for collaboration, featuring inviting communal spaces that encourage interaction and idea sharing. While we provide flexibility, we prefer a physical presence in our office 3 days a week.
