We are looking for Lead Project Engineers to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing project activities, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and budget. Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in coordinating with various stakeholders and driving project execution.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of interesting and challenging projects, spanning different disciplines such as IMR, SURF, subsea installations, and more. Further you will manage the technical detail of project standards, procedures and execution and act as the main technical liaison with offshore team during project execution.

Requirements
- Relevant university degree within one of the following Engineering disciplines: Civil, Mechanical, Mechatronics or Oil & Gas
- A minimum of 8 years relevant engineering experience
- Effective communication skills in Norwegian and English, both verbally and written language
- Experience with planning and execution of IMR and SURF operations on Norwegian continental shelf
- Experience mentoring engineering personnel is an advantage
This position reports to the Engineering Manager in Norway.

Office location is Oslo, Bergen, Ågotnes, or Storebø. Haugesund is optional.
