NCL is looking for an experienced and skillful Full-Stack Developer to join our Research & Development team. 

You will be part of an agile development team that identifies and solves challenges for our logistics and shipping activities. Our focus is to make software solutions, integrations, and tools that optimize and streamline the organization's workflow. 

We also perform data processing and analytics to gain insights and help our organization make well-informed and strategic decisions. 

To ensure that our solutions are scalable and high-quality, we utilize CI/CD (continuous integration and continuous delivery), code review, and other forms of quality assurance. 

About you 

• Interested in software design and architecture  
• Values the craftsmanship of writing high-quality code 
• Looking for ways to improve and/or automate existing solutions and workflows 
• Likes challenges and finding effective solutions to problems 
• Able to adapt and learn quickly 
• Willingness to learn and interested in new technologies 
• Good understanding of Git workflows 
• Good understanding of cybersecurity in software development 
• You should be educated in computer science, automation, or a related field. Relevant experience or education may also be considered.
• At least three years of experience in the field 
• Good communication skills in Norwegian and English 

You have working knowledge within 

• JavaScript and TypeScript 
• Vue.js, React, or similar frameworks 
• PHP and Laravel (or similar frameworks) 
• API-development 
• Docker and Kubernetes 
• Database design and infrastructure 
• Git workflows 
• Cloud Infrastructure 
• Cybersecurity
