Maritime Robotics is a rapidly growing international company that delivers revolutionary and innovative high tech solutions to the maritime industry. As our new Project Manager you will be responsible for leading exciting projects, large and small, in the forefront of a fast growing market.
You will be a part of a team with other skilled Project Managers, working crossfunctional in Maritime Robotics, and reports to Head of Project Management.
This role offers exciting opportunities and responsibilities:
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for planning and executing projects within different industries such as transportation, offshore wind, seabed mapping, defence, research, fisheries and more. In this role you will be able to use your leadership skills, organizational understanding, communication skills as you will manage cross-functional teams, resources and internal and external stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.
In our project portfolio we have a broad range of projects:
- Projects where our software and solutions integrate with partners or customers solutions.
- Projects where we are building the boat (we have a product portfolio of four boats) and integrates our own solutions with partners, our customers solutions on the boat we build.
- In some projects we collaborate with R&D partners to develop tomorrow's solutions within different industries
We are looking for someone that has:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant higher education within technology, finance, administration, etc. (BSc, MSc, or equivalent)
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, best practices, tools and software.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to get involved in the hands-on operation of our systems.
- Maritime experience could be an advantage.
- To succeed and thrive in this role we believe that you have some years work experience with leading complex projects as a Project Manager.

The main place of work will be Trondheim. However, for project work that is happening on-site in Vanvikan, being on-site will be expected. International traveling will also be required.
