Due to the end of my adventure with Norway, I am selling my food truck with its equipment.

The car is a Mercedes 311CDI, engine 2.2 110HP. I am including an additional set of tires. The car has not been inspected for a year and has been deregistered. There are minor repairs to be done, such as replacing brake discs and lines. Everything else works fine, the car starts and drives without a problem. Due to the fact that I am leaving Norway soon, I do not have time to take care of it personally, so I am selling it at an attractive price to someone who is willing to take care of the formalities with little work and money.

The construction was made in 2019. It has a long worktop, on which there is plenty of space for equipment and for preparing meals. At both ends of the counter there are workstations with sockets, ideal for placing fryers. Above the workstations are stainless steel hoods with very strong ventilators on the roof. The wall in this place is protected with a stainless steel sheet, which is easy to clean. In the middle of the counter, the wall is covered with wooden plywood painted many times with waterproof wood varnish. There is also a large container for bread and several smaller baskets. Under the counter, there are many shelves and drawers, as well as a convection oven and space for an industrial mixer because I baked the buns on site in the food truck. On the other side, there is a flap that can be closed from the inside, which when opened also serves as a roof for customers. The flap opens with a crank, which is easy to use. On one side of the display case, there is a large refrigerated cabinet and on the other, there is a cabinet with a sink. Above the sink, there are containers with clean water, after connecting the hose, the water flows from the tap and flows into containers with dirty water under the sink, so there is no need to connect running water. On the counter for serving meals, there is also a specially adapted space for a cooling beverage dispenser. Under the counter, there are further shelves, so you can really fit a lot of goods in the car. The floor is easy to clean linoleum and the walls are covered with special waterproof wallpaper for bathrooms.

The electrical installation was done by a certified electrician. There are two separate electrical circuits, both powered by two 32A plugs located outside the car. Inside there is a fuse box matched to the equipment used. One circuit covers almost all sockets and equipment needed for the kitchen to function. The other covers only the right workstation and two additional sockets. This was designed so as not to overload the installation and so that everything works safely and smoothly. Halogen lights are installed above the serving counter, as well as on the ceiling inside the kitchen and on the wall above the central part of the worktop. Additionally, each hood has separate lights installed, so the entire kitchen is very bright. Along with the food truck, there are several long cables with 32A plugs, so you can connect to a box located even a few dozen meters from the car.

The kitchen has been equipped with very good quality equipment worth about 100,000 NOK, used only 3 seasons, functional and thoroughly cleaned:

Additionally, there is a lot of various equipment in the set, such as plastic containers with GN lids for food purposes, smaller plastic containers, jugs for drinks, gravy boats, cutting boards, knives, spatulas, ladles, etc.

I also add a few boxes of disposable packaging for dishes such as bamboo plates, French fries boats, paper cups, straws, paper bags, etc.

When you buy this food truck, you have a whole ready-made set to start your business. There is so much equipment, accessories and packaging that for the first few months you won't have to buy anything except, of course, the food you will serve!
