We are now looking for a Project Coordinator who wants to strengthen our team and be part of the exciting journey that has just started. 

The Project Coordinator is responsible for serving as focal point for the Product Lines, third parties and customers on coordinated projects, ensuring service delivery by all parties meets the requirements of the contract and scope of work. 

In this role you'll:

• Coordinate services and communicate customer demands to the Product Lines
• Coordinate project task for all integrated service providers
• Continuous improve internal process methods to increase the productivity efficiency and customer services
• Provide weekly reports covering project status, progress and challenges areas
• Reconcile invoicing challenges and create Variations order when needed

To join us you'll need:

• Experience from the Oil and Gas industry
• Familiarity with the Subsea Well Control Systems
• A passion for coordinate project
• Be a part of a Team and to deliver on future goals

Formal competence requirements 

• Technical education (teknisk fagbrev/ teknisk fagskole)
