VP / SVP Sales & Marketing
VARD Group is seeking an experienced Vice President / Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing to join our rapidly growing organization. The candidate will be responsible for the development and performance of sales activities in assigned area or customers, lead the specific sales activity and/or supporting team and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with the company's vision and values.
Duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for development and performance of sales activities in assigned area and customer
- Lead the specific activity and supporting team
- Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and towards specific customers
- Prepare action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects
- Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets, and assist in the development and implementation of marketing plan
- Responsible for the coordination of the Commercial- and Technical contractual documentation
As member of the Sales and Marketing team the position shall participate and contribute in the development of the Company's Sales and Marketing strategy.
Qualifications
- Relevant higher education, or other relevant experience
- 5-10 years' experience in similar position from the maritime industry
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and experience related to the accountability and tasks
- Good knowledge of English, oral and written
- Good cultural understanding
