We are currently seeking a Senior SAS Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Take overall responsibility for SAS in Greenfield and Brownfield studies and projects.
- Develop conceptual designs and detailed designs for Process Control Systems (PCS), Process Shutdown (PSD), Emergency Shutdown (ESD), and Fire & Gas systems (F&G).
- Prepare technical specifications, data sheets, and documentation, including System Configuration Documents (SCD).
- Create installation, testing, and startup procedures.
- Maintain extensive communication with clients and technical suppliers while managing procurement packages.
- Establish SAS design premises within projects.
- Utilize experience in HMI design.
- Ensure knowledge of Cyber Security best practices.
- Address all risk elements while ensuring compliance with HSE and quality requirements.
- Adhere to relevant procedures and standards.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement within an integrated multi-discipline team.
- Execute work according to client requirements and deadlines.
- Contribute to the bidding and proposal phase for new contracts.
- Assist in the preparation of requests to suppliers.
- Promote learning, knowledge sharing, and process improvements.
- Provide support to the base department.
Qualifications:
- Relevant technical education, minimum at the engineering level.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in offshore studies and projects on the Norwegian continental shelf.
- Extensive multi-discipline experience in studies and EPC projects.
- In-depth knowledge of offshore operations and maintenance.
- Strong process understanding.
- Good knowledge of laws, regulations, technical standards, and codes.
- Experience in SAS configuration is a significant advantage.
- Experience in both Greenfield and Brownfield work.
- Excellent collaboration and leadership skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
- Attributes such as flexibility, independence, and the ability to work in teams are particularly valued.
- Proactive with a strong focus on safety and quality.
