Job description

The main responsibilities are technical and analytical product development. The position is in large part lab-based. Methods include patient-derived cancer cell culture and functional analysis using microplates, organ-on-a-chip devices, drug screening and imaging. It will entail improving established methods and developing entirely new techniques. You will also take part in routine work such as establishing patient-derived cell cultures, drug testing and quality management. You need to be able to work independently. We are, however, a strong team working closely together, constantly sharing ideas and helping each other out when faced with challenges. We have projects with hospitals, universities and industry partners that you will take part in.

Qualifications

We are looking for ambitious, self-motivated individuals with a passion for technology, science and health care. Experience with cell culture and functional assays is a requirement. General analytic skills are a plus, particularly within drug screen analysis and image analysis, but are not required for the position. You must be curious, open-minded and like to solve problems. It is crucial that you pay attention to detail and the quality of your work.
