We are looking for a new in-house workshop mechanic, and also a new on-site mechanic!

We’re expanding our team and looking for TWO dedicated professionals who thrive in hands-on environments. Whether you’re passionate about maintaining precision in a workshop setting or enjoy the dynamic challenges of fieldwork, we want you on board!

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• In-house Mechanic - Based in our workshop located in Forus, Stavanger
• On-site Mechanic - Based in our workshop located in Forus, Stavanger. In this role site operations are a key element of the job, and overseas travel will be required.

THE JOB:

• Production and maintenance of our mechanical isolation systems, the patented AOGV
• Build, test and install equipment as per project documentation and engineering drawings.
• Maintain Izomax HSE and quality procedures.
• Meet customer HSE and quality requirements prior to working at client sites onshore and offshore.
• Report to Izomax project managers and client representatives as directed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Certificate of apprenticeship in industrial mechanical, agricultural engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with pressurized systems and piping and relevant work experience onshore and/or offshore is preferred.
• Basic offshore safety and survival certificate, as well as a current health certificate enabling offshore work in Norway.
• Fluent Norwegian and English (spoken and written) is mandatory
• Norwegian residence permit.
