About Us: In Leadership Development we are dedicated to supporting and enhancing the growth and effectiveness of businesses through our leaders. We are an integral part of Deloitte People & Purpose team, a leading Nordic HR environment. As a Leadership Development Specialist, you will contribute to conduct Deloitte’s leadership strategy and developing our leaders through a variety of leadership programmes and activities.
Key responsibilities will be:
- Develop and facilitate leadership programmes
- Design and facilitate workshops
- Collaborate with colleagues in Norway, the Nordics and globally
- Some travel is to be expected

We believe you will fit this profile:
- Strong interest in leadership development and strong facilitation skills
- Ability to work with high-level executives
- Academic background in leadership
- Experience in large, complex organisations is an advantage
- Proficiency in English and Norwegian, both written and spoken
