Mobility is part of a highly competent and skilled People & Purpose (HR) department of about 34 people. The Mobility Lead will be part of the People & Purpose leadership group and will also be part of a Nordic community of Mobility specialists.
Mobility Lead Norway: We have an opportunity for a new Mobility Lead for Deloitte Norway to join our team. We are looking for someone with strong drive and high ambitions who wants to make a difference in the Global Deloitte community, and can offer role with large degree of variation and room for showing independent initiative and drive whilst at the same time having access to highly qualified and experienced mobility collaboration peers.
Deloitte Mobility is part of the People & Purpose team, and our clients are Deloitte partners, leaders and employees involved in cross-border activities in Norway.
Responsibility:
In this role you will be a key player in enabling the business in needs related to all operational cross-border mobility activities. This could be either inbound or outbound of our business in Norway. You will advise and support the business leaders and employees to safeguard mobility compliance issues, which could be immigration, tax, social security or other issues related to mobility.
You will also:
- Develop, implement and communicate mobility processes in country, as well as collaborating closely with peers in the Nordic and Europe
- Contribute to the establishment a Nordic framework for mobility and cross-border activities
- Ensure company standards and global guidelines are upheld, and operations are aligned with Deloitte strategy and policies for global mobility
- Contribute to the implementation of mobility technology and systems to support cross-border activities in a seamless and future-proof compliant manner
- Collaborate in various mobility communities and projects with internal and external stakeholder groups to further develop mobility team and function
What will a typical day look like?
The day in the mobility lead role will be varied and engaging in regards to supporting the business towards success. You will among more:
- Proactively support all mobility needs
- Manage and develop effective and efficient routines within Mobility processes
- Obtain and monitor the yearly mobility budget
- Ensure information is timely and easily available for all through applicable intranet sites
- Raise awareness and keep business leaders informed regarding routines and policies
- Lead and monitor internal and external vendors related to mobility activities
As the role truly are a Nordic role, you should also prepare to participate in projects in the Norciv community, as well as the North South Europe Mobility Community.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Relevant higher education and relevant experience within global mobility
- Oral and written communication skills in both Norwegian and English
- Tech Savvy is advantageous
- High integrity and focused on quality and risk-management
- Strong collaboration skill across all level and functions in the organisation
