Job Description

• Develop and issue work packs for fabrication and installation.

• Ensure familiarity with project plans in your area of responsibility and deliver accordingly.

• Manage material requirements, ensuring they are connected and reserved for jobs.

• Include all tasks and allocate sufficient hours to perform them effectively.

• Attach necessary and updated drawings to job packs and request missing information proactively.

• Identify and report inaccuracies or missing details in drawings to the Line Manager.

• Ensure appropriate approval processes are included in job packs.

• Communicate any concerns or delays to the Line Manager promptly.

• Collaborate to enhance technical expertise in the work area.

• Forward completed work packs to the Hall Planner when materials are available.

• Conduct IDC checks on discipline-specific work.

• Perform other HVAC-related tasks as required.

 

Qualification Requirements

• Solution-oriented with a strong commercial mindset.

• Team player who contributes positively to the work preparation team.

• Excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English.

• High focus on Quality and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment).

• HVAC engineering degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Oil & Gas projects.

• Strong knowledge of relevant standards, including ISO and NORSOK.

Duration: 12 months.
