Position Overview:
We are looking for a proven and committed IT-Specialist to join our Oslo office. As an IT Specialist, you will play an important role in our Group Internal IT team, ensuring seamless internal support services and driving continuous improvement and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Primary point of contact for IT in the Oslo Office.
- Provide first-line IT support services for LINK employees (onsite and remote).
- Manage, and support IT systems such as Active Directory, MS 365 services, Mobile Device Manager (Intune), Atlassian Applications, Backup, Antivirus Solution, Office Network, Printers, and Meeting Rooms.
- Install, maintain, and support user devices (Windows, MacOS, Android, and iOS) in accordance with IT and security policies.
- Process IT purchases and maintain assets inventory.
- Contribute and maintain Service Desk documentation.
- Participate and support Internal IT initiatives and Projects.
- Work by LINK policies and procedures.
Qualifications, attributes, and experiences:
- Fluent in English, and can communicate in Norwegian. You will be working in a Norwegian social environment.
- Bachelor's degree or similar in IT.
- Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience within a similar role.
- You are customer-focused and have problem-solving abilities.
- You can work independently and collaboratively in a diverse, multicultural environment.
- You have a proactive mindset, eager to learn, and ready to take responsibility.
- You have hands-on experience with Windows OS, MacOS, and MS Cloud technologies (Azure, MS 365, Intune, etc.)
- You can prioritize and manage multiple cases effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Good to have:
- ITIL Certified or working experience with ITIL processes.
- Certifications in relevant technologies such as MS 365, Azure, Intune and MS Security will be a plus.
