The apartment is located in the middle of what is arguably Norway's most attractive location, in the heart of a vibrant city where you can breathe fresh sea air in a car-free environment. In the immediate vicinity you have piers, green areas, a beach, numerous restaurants, bars, cafe, bakery, a top quality spa, and one of Norway's finest art museums.

For the Plus facilities there is a charge of NOK 1950 per month, and for monthly cleaning NOK 485.
The minimum rental period is 3 months.
