From a technical standpoint, the only issue is that the windows don’t work (some control module is broken; we bought one, but it didn’t fit).

The main thing is the rocker panels, which need repair/welding. The rocker panels are already purchased. There’s also a new set of brake discs and pads. I’d hate to scrap it, as anyone with the time and desire to do some cosmetic work can still get it running.
