Your Role and Impact

As our new Head of Sustainability, you’ll shape and embed a value-driven sustainability agenda into our core business strategies and daily operations. In this influential role, you’ll lead and inspire cross-functional teams, ensuring sustainability is not just considered but championed in every corner of the company. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

• Strategic Integration: Lead the integration of sustainability at every level, setting clear and impactful sustainability goals that align with our broader corporate objectives.
• Sustainability Leadership: Partner closely with our Reporting team, providing strategic insights and direction, while they manage the technical aspects of sustainability reporting.
• Trendsetting Influence: Stay ahead of global sustainability trends and regulations, ensuring our company is a leader in responsible, forward-thinking practices.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Showcase and communicate our sustainability achievements to internal teams and external audiences, solidifying our position as a sustainability leader.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Finance, or related field; a Master’s or sustainability certification is a strong plus.
• Experience: At least 4 years in sustainability with a proven record in strategy integration, especially within digital businesses.
• Expertise in Reporting Standards: Proficiency with frameworks like ESG, GRI, SASB, TCFD, and CSRD.
• Visionary Leadership: Ability to see the big picture and drive cross-functional teams towards impactful goals.
