Travel Advisor for SAS with Norwegian (location: Poland)

Your responsibilities

• Be the 1st point of contact for premium travel inquiries of customers
• Advise partners on flights, products, online services, payment methods, membership programs etc
• Help in purchasing airline tickets and handling different payment methods
• Support customers with travel difficulties
• Assist passengers via calls /chat
• Foster enduring relationships with customers for building trust

Our requirements

• Fluent in written and spoken Norwegian (C1) and English (B2 level)
• Naturally helpful and collaborative spirit
• Enthusiastic, patient, and open-minded
• Active listener and able to communicate clearly and with ease
• Sharp eye for accuracy and precision
• Highly organized
• Available to work from our office in Warsaw
