About the Position
As our new Discipline Lead Emissions, you will play a crucial role in THREE60 Energy’s work on sustainability. You will start your journey at Three60 with a interim role with in the sustainibility field, while setting the standard for how the role will evolve in the future. 
We are very interested in hearing your thoughts on how the role can be further developed.
Act as Interim Lead for sustainability managing responsibilities including, but not limited to:
•Develop and implement sustainability strategies that support THREE60’s goals.
•ESG Reporting and follow up on strategic goals, plans and initiatives.
•Internal and external communicate Company ESG strategy and plans
•Follow up requirements related to the transparency act 
•Support tender work on energy transition and sustainability
As Discipline lead emissions responsibilities will include, but not limited to: 
• Develop and implement innovative strategies to reduce emissions for our clients
•Conduct consultancy assignments, projects, and studies to help clients reduce emissions.
•Training and mentoring our employees, through Lunch & Learn sessions.
•Representing THREE60 Energy at events and in meetings with all stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience
We are looking for someone with higher education in environmental science, economics, business development, or equivalent. You should have relevant experience from the energy industry, particularly in consultancy work. Ideally, you have 5-7 years of experience, solid knowledge of the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals and the Paris Agreement, and an understanding of how climate change affects the oil and gas industry. Experience with developing sustainability policies, GHG accounting, and lifecycle analyses is also important.  Knowledge of ISO standards is an advantage.

We are looking for a candidate with strong communication skills in English and the ability to build good relationships both internally and externally. You should be curious about others’ work, have a proactive attitude towards staying updated, and a passionate interest in sustainability. An interest in training and mentoring is also important, as you will be a professional resource for the entire THREE60 in this field.
