Are you a motivated and committed leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? ENRX AS is looking for a Department Manager to lead our Project Management Division and strengthen the ENRX brand globally through outstanding project execution and customer relations.

Based in Skien, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, working closely with teams that span the entire value chain—from technology development to production. As Department Manager, you’ll oversee a team of 6 project managers and 3 order handlers, fostering collaboration across Asia, America, and Europe.

Responsibilities and Tasks

• Leadership and Management:
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the Project Management Division to achieve strategic goals.
  • Oversee the management of customer projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and at the highest quality.
  • Allocate resources efficiently and prioritize tasks to align with organizational objectives.
• Strategic and Operational Execution:
  • Drive internal development projects to streamline and optimize the project execution process.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for cost, quality, and timelines.
  • Ensure robust contract management
• Collaboration and Support:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout the value chain, ensuring alignment and seamless communication.
  • Provide application expertise to the sales team and other departments, fostering integration and driving value creation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Candidates must prossess a technical degree.
• Proven experience in leadership, with a strong track record of achieving results and driving team success.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management, including delivery within time, cost, and quality KPIs.
• Competence in ERP systems and standard office software.
• Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English.
• Customer-focused with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
