Room for rent in a cozy apartment with own garden located central in Oslo from 15th of January

The aprtment and the room:
The apartment is located in Kiellands Hus, which is a popular building built in 2007.
The flat faces the Atrium/backyard and has a sunny, west-facing terrace. The home is on the 3rd floor, but this is on the ground floor towards the back yard. So you can sunbath on the gress, have some flowers, do gardening or make barbecues. It has access to a shared roof terrace with a great view of the city and sun from morning to evening. The room is available from the 15th of January. It is 8 m2, west facing, bright the whole day, and fully equiped with a comfortable 120 cm bed, built in gardrobe and a shelf. The apartment has a huge living room with a large couch, a fully equiped kitchen, washing machine in the bathroom, a storage room in the flat and a separate storage in the basement.

Acess and the neighbourhood:
1 min walk from bus 54, 34 and 2 min walk from 21, 26. Direct flight bus to the airport also 10 min by bus from Oslo central station with access to all trains and metro rutes.
The flat is locatad at Alexander Kiellands plass, just right above the shopping mall so in the winter or a rainy day you don´t need a jacket to go down for shopping since with the elevator you have a direct entrance.

There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops right outside like Colonell Mustard, Baker Rigal, Tranen and Open Bakery. There are also several gyms just a short walk from the apartment, Sats, CREW, SiO Athletica at Vulkan.

Green areas are in the immediate vicinity. Ilaparken is only 100 meters away . The Mathallen and Vulkan are only 6-7 minutes' walk from the apartment. It is a very short way to Akerselva, where you can go for walks in both summer and winter.

The 21 bus takes you to Aker Brygge and the Oslofjord in about 20 minutes, perfect for a swim during the summer time.

Me and a bonus:
I am a 27 years old girl, calm and friendly person who likes tidyness around and I think sharing is caring :) I work in hospitality which means 85 % of the evenings and weekends I am not at home so you can have the apartment by yourself. It also means that I am sleeping during the daytime. If I have a day off, I am mostly relaxing, watching movies, reading or go for a walk.

With the flat comes a package of extra love, since I live with my lovely, extremly calm and incredible social dog. So hope you are not afraid of a bit of doggy hair :)
